To learn how cryptocurrency is taxed and the reporting requirements to IRS, what IRS initiatives are in place to verify taxpayer compliance and reporting obligations for cryptocurrency transactions, and what to do if your client is non-compliant and has yet to been discovered by the IRS or even worse is now under investigation by the IRS.
