Course Description: California property tax planning has undergone a major shift with the passage of Proposition 19. Some reassessment exclusions have been eliminated. Some have been made better. No matter what, transferring a residence to a child has been made much more difficult. This course examines pre and post Prop 19 law, highlights the changes, and shares the most cutting-edge property tax strategies available in the post Prop 19 era.

Frank Acuna, Attorney at Law
