The Paycheck Protection Program has become infamous for its convoluted rules regarding loan forgiveness -- which seem to change on a monthly basis. Our clients depend on us to know these rules and advise them on what actions they should take in order to get the loan forgiven. In this 2 hour presentation, we are going to:

•Cover the basics of qualified expenses
•Understand when to reduce forgiveness
•Learn how and when to use the safe harbor rules
•Apply techniques to increase forgiveness amounts
•Complete a 3508, 3508EZ, and 3508S
•Talk about how and when to report discharge on the tax return

Ryan Reichert, EA Brass Tax Presentations
