Topic: Ethics

We will cover the latest ethical guidance from the IRS including the latest in Circular 230, AICPA SSTS, and recent pronouncements from the OPR. It will deal with proper behavior while being vigorous advocates for our clients. This will be a fun discussion, with review of source documents and current experience in the field.

Presenter: Abe Carnow, CPA

Abe Carnow, CPA worked for the IRS for 16 years and, in 1990, entered into private practice. In addition, to working with individuals and small businesses, he also assists in audit and collection matters. Abe teaches 1040 and small business taxation for Gear-Up, along with ethics. He is a proud member of CSTC.
