Description:

This session will explore the key tax issues faced by those approaching retirement. The learning objectives are to provide ideas to help the practitioner have informed conversations with their clients on the topics of social security, medicare, real estate, retirement plans, Roth IRAs, and build back better.

Rodney J. Couts, EA, is the President of Seaside Resources, Inc. in Carlsbad, CA. Rodney became admitted to practice before the IRS as an Enrolled Agent in 2004. Rodney specializes in small business, particularly S-corporations, and high net worth individuals. Rodney is a member of the Practice Forward Academy, CSTC, and CSEA. Rodney is a past President of CSTC and 2015 CSTC member of the year.
