Jamie Furlong is the Managing Partner of Legacy Investments & Real Estate, LLC (LIRE). LIRE was founded to exclusively serve clients seeking to acquire replacement properties in a 1031 exchange. Jamie’s clients rely on her to help them navigate the complexities and time restrictions in the ever-changing 1031 environment. To date, Jamie has overseen tens of millions of dollars of 1031 exchange transactions into Delaware Statutory Trusts. She regularly speaks to commercial and residential real estate groups, estate planning councils, and CPA associations. Anyone in, considering, or advising on 1031 exchanges can benefit from knowing Jamie. Her services are appreciated by real estate investors, brokers, CPAs, lawyers, bankers, and other advisors. She is a member of her local Rotary Club where she serves on the club’s board of directors and is a director of their foundation.
