Topic: 

A variety of topics related to home ownership will be discussed to include "what happens when there is a divorce? How is the payment of the mortgage handled, is title changed. In addition, do Auxiliary Dwelling Unit (ADU) and/or reversed mortgage programs change mortgage responsibilities? Other mortgage related topics will also be discussed.

Mario Vargas
Mario Vargas is the branch manager and CEO of Supreme Lending, a mortgage banking company located in Bellflower, California. He is focused on creating long term sustainable home ownership and specializes in helping self-employed individuals. He is a licensed real estate broker with over 38 years of experience in banking, residential real estate and the mortgage banking industries, including 19 years in REO disposition and 15 years as a corresponding direct lender. Mario believes that proper home buyer education and counseling are the key components to creating lasing homeownership opportunities. He has dedicated much of his professional career towards helping the self-employed through seminars and classes empowering them with knowledge necessary to make informed decisions. As a keynote speaker, Mario is a member of several state and national professional organizations such as NAHREP, CAR, NAR AND AAREA. He has spoken to our chapter in the past.
