Topic:

King Financial will be presenting an Introduction to 1031 Exchanges, Delaware Statutory Trusts (DSTs) and Qualified Opportunity Zones (QOZ's). 1031 Exchanges allow taxpayers to defer capital gains tax into qualified exchanges, including DSTs, which allow investors to pool funds into real estate, providing tax benefits and future income. QOZs offer tax incentives for investments in economically disadvantaged areas, fostering growth. Both mechanisms serve as valuable options for savvy investors seeking tax advantages and financial growth.

Presenter:

Braxton Allen
Braxton R. Allen, Vice President of Inland Securities Corporation, is responsible for partnering with financial advisors in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest to complete successful 1031 exchange transactions and cash investments with Inland Private Capital Corporation.
