How to obtain forms for issue, who is responsible to prepare and issue, due dates for issue, common errors to avoid when completing the form, penalties if not issued, general review of the common form 1099's issued, and where to input on FORM 1040 U. S. Individual Tax Return will provide a "start to finish" procedure.
