3) what are the deadlines and timelines to comply with this code section?
4) what is a qualified intermediary?
5) what if my existing property has a mortgage?
6) can I trade my property for a different kind of investment?
7) what is a tenant-in-common Delaware statutory trust, and could it be beneficial for your 1031 exchanges?
