Topic:

Upon death, the individual's tax life ends and the Estate's tax life begins. From handling the initial phone, to the Trustee/Executor interview, to gathering the essential information, to determining what kind of Trust or Estate filings you will be preparing and income splitting in the year of death.

Helen has been a tax preparer for over 20 years and specializes in trust returns while acting as a professional fiduciary for some clients. She enjoys sharing her knowledge with other tax preparers about the ins and outs of trust tax preparation.
