Topic:

Starting on January 1, 2024, many of your clients will have to report their Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) for their business entities. What is the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) and what does it mean for your practice? For existing entities, the Beneficial Ownership Information is due January 1, 2025, but for new entities formed in 2024, the Beneficial Ownership Information is due within 90 days for formation. FinCen has been constantly updating their FAQs and this seminar will highlight the latest guidance regarding the Beneficial Ownership Interest reporting.

He frequently speaks on tax and financial planning topics. Mr. Pon received his BS in Business Administration with emphases in Accounting and Finance from the University of California, Berkeley and MS in Taxation from Golden Gate University in San Francisco.
