How to
utilize:
1) IRS Code Section 831 - B which allows small business to re
duce taxes and have access to the money this plan will allow businesses to
deduct between 10 to 20 % of the gross business revenue each year up to 2.3
million per year.
2) IRS Code Section1031 M-453 this is a capital ga
