The topic will be on Taxation and the Code of Ethics focusing on the major emphasis of Circular 230 and the law to review, discuss and analy ze all or most ethical positions practitioners may encounter. The presentat ion will also focus specifically on maintaining Contingent Fee Engagements under the guidelines of Circular 230.
