This course offers an overview of employee stock options. We will be covering employee stock option definiti ons, Non-Qualified Options and Non-Statuary Options. We will go in-depth as to what are Restricted Stock Grants, Incentive Stock Options and Employee Stock Purchase Plans (ESPP). We will also be covering how stock options are reported on Form W2 and on the taxpayer's tax return and how to report the AMT preference item for the exercise of incentive Stock Options.
