Speakers:
Sacramento County Assessor Christina Wynn and Roshan Duncan, Senior Real Property Appraiser Elected Assessor in June 2018, Christina Wynn has served with the Sacramento County Assessor’s Office for over 20 years. She is a graduate of the University of California, Davis, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural and Managerial Economics. Christina has 31 years of experience in the appraisal field, holding positions in both the private and public sectors, and she is certified by the California State Board of Equalization as an Advanced Appraiser for Property Tax Purposes. Christina is a member of the Appraisal Institute and the International Association of Assessing Officers. She is currently serving as the Secretary of the California Assessor’s Association and is past President of the Bay Area Assessor’s Association.Christina lives in Carmichael with her husband Ed and miniature Australian shepherd Cooper. In her free time, she enjoys serving the community as a member of Soroptimist International of Sacramento North, baking, downhill skiing, hiking, fishing and spending time with her grown children Connor and Avery.
