Description:

This topic will cover the rules and how AirBNB has local licensing requirements: Raising vacation money under the 14 days; the short-term turnovers and the long-term rentals; Will provide information on turning the property over to AirBNB or a property manager; Renting a room for a long-term, and the special benefits of renting to film companies. Will also touch base on the rules of remote workers working from home and from another state.
