Topic: Reporting Rentals for Tax Since TCJA

This class discusses many rental real estate reporting requirements including average days rental, vacation rentals, mixed-use property, co-owned property, deductible mortgage and business interest for rentals and interest tracing plus loss limitations (basis, passive activity, at risk, excess business loss, and excess interest deduction), Section 199A QBI, and miscellaneous rental issues.
