Reasonable compensation is required of all Corporations, but what is considered reasonable? This seminar will answer that question by exploring the factors that the IRS considers when examining returns for compliance. As a preparer, you may be subject to a penalty of $5000 if reasonable compensation is not included on the Corporation tax return. How can you be sure that you are meeting the requirements? This seminar will show you how IRS audits are defining the term and suggest resources that are available through professional organizations to assist the tax professional with this responsibility.
