Ruth obtained her Enrolled Agent credentials in 1984. She is a Fellow of the prestigious National Tax Practice Institute and a Gold Card Graduate of the National Institute of Exchange Counselors. Ruth is recognized by her peers as an expert in 1031 tax-deferred exchanges and in preparing business tax returns.Ruth conducts seminars and workshops throughout California and Nevada for various tax practitioner organizations including ISTC, RTCA, as well as for several community colleges and provides her own privately sponsored seminars.
