Ellen Gardner has been in the real estate industry since 2003. She began her career as an investor, generally worked flipping property then moved into holding property & lease optioning. She then began coaching others worldwide to learn to invest in real estate, and began traveling nationwide speaking & training on investing & business strategies that also help investors. However, her passion lies in training & education, which is why she has moved into the education of tax strategies with Cost Segregation Authority and appreciates the opportunity to work with CPAs & Tax Professionals for their investing clients.

However, if you are on the list and are unable to attend please call and cancel, as a meal will be ordered for everyone on the list and we will be billed for all meals ordered.
