How to utilize:
1) IRS Code Section 831 - B which allows small business to reduce taxes and have access to the money this plan will allow businesses to deduct between 10 to 20 % of the gross business revenue each year up to 2.3 million per year.
2) IRS Code Section1031 M-453 this is a capital gains strategy that will allow the seller of a capital asset and defer the taxes down 30 years and allow you to use the money in instead of paying it in taxes.
3) the 3rd part of the plan is to direct the tax savings to a plan using IRC code 7702 to increase the value all tax free.
