Topic: How to Reduce Taxable Income for 199A Deduction Through Retirement Planning After Year End

How do I reduce my client’s taxable income in 2018 and 2019 through retirement planning? What have I missed, and what is still left before I file my 2018 tax returns? We will cover the Employer’s plans, 401K, 403B, Defined Contribution and Defined Benefits, SEP, Simple and Traditional IRA. These tools will help assist the QBI deduction and more importantly if clients are at the full social security retirement age; and how their MAGA will effect Medicare B and D.
