Chandara Diep is Of Counsel at RJS LAW, focusing on collection cases with the IRS, FTB, CDTFA, and EDD. She specializes in federal and state tax disputes, international tax, and landlord/tenant issues. Ms. Diep earned her LL.M. in Taxation from the University of San Diego and her J.D. from California Western School of Law. Ms. Diep also completed her undergraduate degree at the University of California SanDiego in Political Science and Law and Society. She actively volunteers with many pro-bono organizations in her free time, and co-teaches a Federal Tax Procedure and Policies class.
