Topic:
The ethics discussion will take place in a fun and engaging way. In a parody of your favorite gameshows, you will hone your knowledge of circular 230 responsibilities and the consequences of missing the mark. Additionally, we will discuss some of the most common IRS scams, and how to spot them and help your clients. Get your buzzers ready for a session of fun and ethics.
Presenter:
David Hilliard, President of CSEA David graduated from Cal Poly Pomona in 2001 with a degree in Animal Health Science. After 20 yearsof developing into an expert equestrian and entertaining millions, he naturally transitioned to the taxindustry in 2009. David brings with him over 25 years of management and customer service experience.He has a passion for defending taxpayer rights with a no-nonsense approach and representing clientsin front of the IRS and other government agencies. Driven by his eagerness to serve, David has volunteered to hold many positions with the state and local chapters of the California Society of Enrolled Agents.
