Business Tax Law Changes under the TCJA of 2017

The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 is the most sweeping set of changes since the Tax Reform Act of 1986. In the first hour, we will highlight the major changes under the law that will affect business taxpayers beginning in tax year 2018. And, in the second hour we will deep dive into the new Section 199A deduction. Who is eligible for the 20% deduction, how the deduction is calculated, and what the limitations are.
