Description:

Course will help attendees understand laws that benefit real estate holdings including several of the less understood changes to tax laws that can increase cash flow and maximize the return of investment. Certain provisions designed to lower business and individual tax rates and complex tax breaks for pass-through entities will be presented. In particular, Cost Segregation will be explained and discussed.

Steve Mecham holds a Bachelor of Arts, Legal Studies degree
Steve Mecham holds a Bachelor of Arts from Brigham Young University in addition to a Legal Studies degree at Utah Valley University. HIs work with Cost Segregation Authority involves educating business owners, medical and legal professionals, wealth advisors and real estate professionals and CPA's how to protect their assets and minimize their tax liability.
