Description:
Ethics for tax practitioners deal with taxes and financial matters for the public. The rules are in Treasury Department Circular 230. Increase awareness and understanding of Circular 230. We will talk about honesty, skills, knowledge, and qualifications to prepare tax returns. Tax prepare confidentiality to clients, to conform with the law and apply principles of due process.
Presenter:
David Hillard David graduated from Cal Poly Pomona in 2001. He has been preparing returns at Grandfield Tax and Business Services since 2009. David brings with him over 15 years of management and customer service experiences along with a passion for defending taxpayers rights, and representing clients in front of the IRS and other government agencies.
