Description:

California Real Estate tax and Mortgage Guidelines will address the complexities of property tax and mortgage types. Tax Returns, in California, are primary documents used in qualifying home buyers. The Self-Employed individual are the more "difficult" applicants for a new homeowner loan. A discussion of the following will clarify, and define California Real Estate Taxes and Mortgage Guidelines:*Self-Employment Types *Tax Analysis & Lending Guidelines-What's Important *Expenses vs Deductions*Impact of Deductions *Self-Employed Income Analysis *Business Stability Analysis *Understanding Mortgage Types Also, to be discussed "Additional Dwelling Units" Many California Counties are encouraging the development of these homes, which will have an impact on the shortage of housing units as well as a major taxation revenue issue.

Mario Vargas is the Branch Manager and CEO of Supreme Lending, a Mortgage Banking Company, in Bellflower California. He is focused on creating long term home ownership, and specializes in helping Self-Employed individuals. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker with over 38 years of experience in banking, residential real estate, and the mortgage banking industries. Mario believes that proper home buyer education and counseling are key components to creating home ownership opportunities. He has dedicated much of his professional career towards helping the Self-Employed through seminars and classes empowering them with knowledge necessary to make informed decisions. As a featured Key Note Speaker, Mario is a member of several State and National Organizations such as, NAHREP, CAR, NAR, and AAREA.
