Description:
The 1996 California Tax Preparer Act includes a provision that pertains to tax preparer ethics, professional conduct, conduct regarding bonding and penalties for breaking the law are listed below. This class will fulfill the annual requirement for this area.
Speaker:
David A. Eastis, CRTP, BA & MA Of the various degrees held by Mr. Eastis, he has an accounting degree from indiana University, South Bend.As an active member of CSTC, he has held numerous positions including serving as state president of the organization. He is a frequent speaker at the CSTC Summer Symposium including this year's event to be held in June. David has been an annual speaker for the Greater Long Beach Chapter sharing his expertise on numerous topics.
