During this course, Dave will cover various topics relating to ethics, security, and professional conduct – and how these topics relate to you as a tax professional. One of the goals of this course is to provide you with important information that will help you incorporate best practices relating to confidentiality, privacy, and information security into your tax practice. Dave will review related Circular 230 provisions, how they apply in your tax practice, and how you can avoid violations and OPR sanctions. With more than 40 years of experience in the fields of tax and education, Dave is a seasoned pro with extensive knowledge and a unique perspective.
