Social Security and Tax Review and New Laws

In this discussion we will go over cost of living adjustments along with the Tax Rate percentage for Social Security and Meidcare and also the Maximum taxable earning, Retirement Earnings, Etc. This topic will bring you knowledge on the new Social Security changes and how this affects you no matter what the age. These new changes will affect you and understanding these changes is what this discussion will help you in the future or now. The tax returns can play a big part in this and we will also go over the 1040 and 540 tax returns with social security and its changes.

Dinner Workshop:
Tax Review and New Laws
In this presentation I will go over the new changes that have occurred for the 2018 year. We will be covering the 2018 Tax Reform act and the impact in changes it will make for you. This will cover the Filing issues, filing requirements. child tax credit and other dependent credits which this subject goes into family tax credit, dependency deduction and the due diligence. There will also be areas that we will go into with itemized deductions and all other areas that go into the individual return as well as the IRC 199A small business deductions which will go into qualifying income and expenses all the way to employee versus independent contractor. A lot basically will be discussed that is not mentioned here but a lot of good information will be provided to better understand these changes for the 2018 tax reform.

is a tax preparer who also specializes in construction accounting. Currently she is the President of the Central Valley Chapter of CSTC. 
Stephen Marshall is the Modesto District Manager of Social Security Administration.
