Description:

Topic: Interview Techniques & Engagement Letters with Bob Cross, E.A.

Have you ever interviewed a client, finished the tax return, E-filed it, only to find out later that the client forgot to mention something BIG? This often results in notices from the IRS or FTB. Some times there can be penalties involved with these oversights. We are going to be discussing techniques to help eliminate or reduce these sometimes costly mistakes from happening. We will also be discussing engagement letters. Why should we use them? What should be in the Engagement letter?
